Ah, life. Sometimes it really gets in the way. So it went for me and this month’s roundtable. The perfectly enjoyable combination of busy job, amazing kid, and lots of travel left me with no time to answer a great question put forth by Ruben of Whisky Notes. Other members of the Roundtable were far more focused than I and have provided great answers to this wistfully evocative question:
